Submitting A Complaint

        - We suggest you try to resolve problems in a neighbourly
          manner before contacting the Town Hall. Often the problem
          can be resolved without involving the municipality.

        - Check the specific requirements of the municipal bylaws
          before submitting a complaint to the municipality.

        - Complaints will not be accepted without your name,
          address and phone number. The municipality will not
          act on anonymous complaints.

        - Anonymity will be maintained between the complainant and the alleged
          offender, except where necessary in a court of law.
